КРИПТОВАЛУТЕ У ИСЛАМСКОМ ФИНАНСИЈСКОМ СИСТЕМУ КРОЗ ПРИЗМУ ШЕРИЈАТСКОГ ПРАВА

Креирањем криптовалута отпочела је нова ера у еволуцији новца. У криптовалутном систему државе немају примат над монетарним токовима већ се он налази у рукама учесника у криптовалутном систему. Тиме је омогућена „демократизација“ новца, али су отворена и бројна питања која је неопходно разрешити како би се потпуно искористио потенцијал криптовалута. Мећу њима се посебно истичу питања укључивања криптовалута у монетарну политику, рачуноводственог и пореског третмана криптовалута и спречавања потенцијалних злоупотреба. Шеријатски стручњаци се, пак, баве криптовалутама са аспекта њихове шеријатске ваљаности, у вези са чиме постоје следбеници доктрине о шеријатској неисправности криптовалута, с једне стране, и следбеници доктрине о шеријатској ваљаности криптовалута, с друге стране. У овом раду ћемо анализирати третман новца у исламском учењу и пракси, концепцију криптовалута, изазове њихове практичне примене и аргументе које у прилог свом ставу о шеријатској (не)исправности криптовалута износе шеријатски стручњаци.
