О ПОВЕЗАНОСТИ АЛКОХОЛА И УБИСТАВА У УЗОРКУ ОСУЂЕНИХ У БЕОГРАДУ

САЖЕТАК /

Аутори се у раду баве питањем повезаности злоупотребе алкохола и убистава. Први део рада указује на распрострањеност злоупотребе алкохола у насилничком криминалитету и убиствима. Аутори потом анализирају криминолошке теорије којима се објашњава та повезаност. Предмет теоријског дела рада је и излагање о различитим типологијама убистава. Други део чланка чини емпиријска анализа која је извршена на узорку од 84 правноснажна судска предмета Вишег суда у Београду. Осим утврђивања распрострањености злоупотребе алкохола, аутори анализирају и значај присуства алкохола у различитим класификацијама убистава. Испитивали смо да ли алкохол чешће злоупотребљавају мушкарци или жене, да ли је алкохол заступљенији у убиствима чије су жртве познате или блиске учиниоцу или оним учињеним против непознатих. Посебну пажњу смо усмерили на поделу убистава на конфликтна, осветничка, међу партнерима и убиства извр­шена заједно са разбојништвом/разбојничком крађом. Осим код учинилаца, анализирали смо и да ли је и у којој мери заступљена злоупотреба алкохола и код жртава.
