ВЛАДАВИНА ПРАВА ИЗМЕЂУ ПРАВЕДНОСТИ И ПУКЕ ЗАКОНИТОСТИ – КРАТАК ПРИКАЗ РАЗВОЈА ДИСКУРСА У КОНЦЕПТУ ВЛАДАВИНЕ ПРАВА

САЖЕТАК /

Владавина права је један од кључних концепата 21. стољећа. Идеја владавине права постоји онолико колико постоје и промишљања о држави и праву, као и о односу између та два појма. Циљ овог рада је да се на једном мјесту покуша приказати развој идеје владавине права током хисторије. Аутори се, у том смислу, баве промишљањима филозофа који су у великој мјери одредили смјер развоја идеје владавине права. Наравно, у раду нису наведени сви филозофи који су се бавили владавином права, али се свакако покушава на хронолошки начин приказати како се владавина права као идеја развијала од времена Платона, па све до савремених теоретичара владавине права.
