DECISION ON THE RETRACTION OF THE ARTICLE

In accordance with the provision 3.3 of the Code of Conduct of Annals of the Faculty of Law in Belgrade (Retraction Policy) the article “Judiciary in the Serbian Constitution of 2006 and a Critical Review of Draft Amendments” by Marko Stanković (Annals FLB – Belgrade Law Review, Year LXVI, 2018, No. 4, pp. 114–126) is retracted for the reason that it had been published earlier with the title „Slabosti položaja sudske vlasti u Ustavu Republike Srbije od 2006. i u radnom tekstu amandmana od 2018.” in the collection of papers of the Judges’ Association of Serbia, Svedočanstvo pripreme za promenu Ustava od 2006. godine i struka, September 2018, Belgrade (pp. 342–356, ISBN 978-86-904417-4-7).
