THE ANNALS OF THE FACULTY OF LAW IN BELGRADE (Belgrade Law Review) publishes articles in English and Serbian in the first three annual issues.The fourth annual issue is published exclusively in English.
All submitted articles are evaluated by two external reviewers. The peer review is double blind.

Only original articles, which do not represent a part of defended doctoral thesis, published monograph or book, and which have not published by or submitted to another journal may be submitted for publishing. The author encloses a statement to this effect when submitting the text. If not, the editorial board retains the right to refuse cooperation with the author in future.
The form for the Author’s Statement is available on this web-site. When submitting the text, the author should also submit the filled-out and signed form of the Author’s Statement.
The Code of Ethics is available on the journal’s website.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to adapt texts to the law review’s style and format.
The Annals of the Faculty of Law in Belgrade (Belgrade Law Review) is a quarterly law journal, published at the end of March, June, September, and December.
The deadlines for submitting papers are
- January 31 – for the first issue
- April 30 – for the second issue
- July 31 – for the third issue
- October 31 – for the fourth issue
